US President Donald said Trumphe is working with House Speaker Mike Johnson to pass a government funding bill and avoid a prolonged government shutdown.
Pass the current financing agreement
Trump said on the Truth Social platform: I am working hard with Speaker Johnson to pass the current funding agreement, which was approved by the Senate last week, to the House of Representatives, and then to my office to sign it into law into force, immediately.
The US President added: We need to reopen the government, and I hope that all Republicans and Democrats will join me in supporting this law and sending it to my office without any delay.
