The general revealed Ashraf NassarPresident of the National Bank Club, about the details of the transfer of former team defender Amr El Gazzar to Al-Ahly Club, during the last winter transfer period.
Ashraf Nassar: Sayed Abdel Hafeez is the one who completed the transfer of Amr El Gazzar to Al-Ahly
Nassar said, in statements on the “Number One” program, presented by journalist Mohamed Shabana, and broadcast on the “CBC” channel: “I have a very strong relationship with Al-Ahly Club, and there is constant communication and mutual appreciation with Captain Mahmoud Al-Khatib.”
He continued: “The deal for Amr El-Gazzar’s transfer to the Red Castle for 60 million pounds was settled, in addition to the loan of the player Ahmed Reda for a period of 6 months. Captain Sayed Abdel Hafeez was the one who finalized all the details of the deal for Al-Ahly and he was the one who spoke to me alongside Walid Salah El-Din.”
He concluded: “Until now, Al-Ahly Club has not requested the return of Ahmed Reda at the end of the season, and matters are still under study, and we in the management of the National Bank put the interest of our club above all considerations, and we do not consider the tendencies of some people, whether they are Ahly or Zamalek.”
