Transfer students continue In Aswan At the beginning of the first semester exams for the transfer classes for the academic year 2025/2026, the exams will continue until Thursday, January 15 for general education classes, and Wednesday, January 21 for some technical education classes, according to the announced approved schedules.
Holding a series of meetings with the leadership of the directorate
The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education in Aswan indicated that the total number of students taking their exams is 269,705 male and female students, with 150,343 male and female students in the third to sixth grades of primary school, and 67,914 male and female students in the first and second grades of middle school, in addition to 17,167 male and female students in the first and second secondary (general) grades, and 1,217 students. And female students in special education schools, and 2,264 male and female students in community education classes, in addition to 30,800 male and female students in technical education transfer classes with its two systems (three and five years) and its divisions (industrial – agricultural – commercial – hotel – dual) as well as (vocational – services – workers) in different subjects according to the announced schedules.
The Undersecretary added that he held a series of meetings with the leadership of the directorate and educational departments, to discuss preparations for the first semester exams, whether for the transfer classes or the preparatory certificate, where schools were stressed on the necessity of completing all work related to cleanliness and furnishing the committees and preparing lists of the names of students and their seat numbers within each committee, while preparing the consoles and supporting them with all tools and supplies. Committee heads were warned that the committees should be well-lit and ventilated.
Everyone was stressed on the necessity of adhering to all the laws and regulations regulating the examination process, providing an appropriate examination atmosphere within the committees with a commitment to seriousness, and confronting cheating attempts with all firmness without intimidating the students. It was also emphasized not to possess mobile phones or any electronic devices within the committees, whether for the students or the gentlemen in charge of the examination process. In addition to distributing question papers and answer booklets within the committees on the specified dates, while also committing to closing the school doors on the specified dates, the controllers were alerted to complete their work as soon as possible in order to announce the results as soon as possible and reassure the students and parents.
“Badawi” explained that two central operations rooms were formed in the directorate’s office, the first headed by Mr. Faisal Naeem, Director General of Public Education, and the second headed by Engineer Sayed Mahmoud, Director General of Technical Education, and other subsidiary rooms in each educational department headed by Mr. Director of Administration, to follow up on the progress of the examination process around the clock. Also, the general supervisor of the subject and the committee that set the exam will be present inside the central room (each according to his subject) to follow up on any complaints or problems that may be received.
As for grading grades, the grades were emphasized to the graders, reviewers, and student grade monitors of the necessity of ensuring accuracy and transparency and that everyone should work for the benefit of the student, so that each student gets his due.
