Today, the Second Circuit of Terrorism, held in Badr, headed by Counselor Wagdy Abdel Moneim, is examining the trial of 13 defendants, in Case No. 16663 of 2023, Kerdasa Felonies, registered under No. 383 of 2023, State Security Felonies, known as the Second Kerdasa ISIS Cell.

The referral order stated that the first defendant founded a terrorist group whose purpose was to call for disruption of public order, endanger the safety, reconciliation and security of society, disrupt the provisions of the Constitution and laws, prevent state institutions and public authorities from carrying out their work, attack the personal freedoms of citizens and public rights, and harm national unity and social peace.
