Some of the defendants were charged with assuming leadership in a terrorist group, the purpose of which was to call for the suspension of the provisions of the Constitution and laws, prevent state institutions and public authorities from carrying out their work, attack the personal freedom of citizens and public freedoms and rights, and harm national unity and social peace.
Some of the defendants were charged with committing terrorist financing crimes, and possessing and transferring money and information to the terrorist group, knowing that it would be used to commit terrorist crimes.
