Today, Thursday, students of the preparatory certificate in South Sinai will conclude the exam of the last day of the first semester exams for the academic year 2025/26, within 50 examination committees in 8 administrations in the cities of the governorate.

Adel Atlam, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education in South Sinai, revealed to Cairo 24 that the students of the preparatory certificate in South Sinai are completing their mid-year exams today, Thursday, in 50 committees in South Sinai.

The Undersecretary stressed the prohibition of entry of mobile devices or any devices that help in cheating, complete inspection of all students, and confronting with all force the phenomenon of cheating or any attempts to obstruct the conduct of exams, with the necessity of applying the law to everyone.

Atlam stressed on parents of students to prevent their children from owning mobile devices so that they are not exposed to accountability, and to confiscate any device seized within the committees, even if it is switched off.

Atlam pointed out that there is a self-inspection of students, whether by electronic wand or manual inspection, in order to prevent any devices that help in cheating.

Adel Atlam, Undersecretary of the Ministry, appealed to the heads of the committees to provide the appropriate environment for students to take exams easily and conveniently, with an emphasis on implementing the instructions and controls regulating exams, and taking the necessary measures to achieve discipline and transparency, in order to achieve the principle of equal opportunities among all students.

Atlem added that the operating room has not detected any violations or complaints about the difficulty of the exams since their beginning, explaining that the operating room works around the clock and deals immediately with any emergency, wishing the students good luck and success.

Issam Ragab, head of the secret printing press, explained that the exams were in the booklet system, noting that indicative exam forms were printed for all subjects and sent to all departments. They were also published on the official public relations page, and that the exams were well reviewed and had good print quality, wishing success to everyone.

Ragab added that 50 committees were prepared to receive the students. There are 11 committees in the city of Al-Tur, while there are 5 committees in the cities of Sharm El-Sheikh, Catherine, and Nuweiba each, 4 committees in the city of Abu Redis, and 3 committees in the city of Dahab, while there are 7 committees in the city of Abu Zenima and 10 committees in the city of Ras Sidr.

Today, Thursday, middle school students take their last mid-year exams in social studies, from 9:00 to 11:00.
