Details of the trial of the Maamoura serial killer
The perpetrator faces the death penalty for being accused of intentionally killing 3 people with premeditation, each of his common-law wife, his client, a Turkish woman, and another client of his, engineer Muhammad Ibrahim.
The referral order included that the accused deliberately killed the victim, Muhammad Ibrahim Muhammad Ibrahim Adas, with premeditation, that he had the intention and was determined to fulfill the intention, out of greed for what he owned unjustly and aggressively, so he drew up a precise criminal plan, and determined it after he turned things around, by luring him and then taking him to his place of residence at the point of a knife, detaining him for several days, to force him to give up some of his property, and after his refusal, he completed his plan and was defeated. He beat him, then stabbed him in the right thigh, inflicting on him injuries confirmed by anatomical characteristics that claimed his life, intending to kill him, as shown in the investigations.
The referral order explained that the crime was coupled with another one I had mentioned, which was that, at the same time and place, and in order to implement the criminal plan described above, he kidnapped, through fraud and coercion, the victim, Muhammad Ibrahim Muhammad Ibrahim Adas, by first luring him to their meeting point, deceiving him to bring a buyer for one of his properties, and as soon as they met, he drew a white weapon, threatening him with it, thus enabling him to take him to his place of residence, thereby shielding him from his family, as shown in the investigations.
