US President Donald Trump said that today may be a historic day for Lebanon. Good things are happening. Earlier, the US President conveyed a message to Hezbollah, in which he said: He hopes that the party will behave “well and positively during this important period,” considering that it would be a “great moment” for him if he did so, calling for an end to the killings and reaching peace once and for all.

Trump added in his statements through his official account on the Truth Social platform, which he owns: “No more killing, peace must finally be achieved. Thank you for your interest in this matter.”

On the other hand, the spokesman for the Israeli occupation army, Avichay Adraee, sent an urgent message to the residents of southern Lebanon, urging them not to return to the residential communities located south of the Litani River, immediately after the ceasefire agreement entered into force.

Adraee said: “The Israeli army remains on alert in its positions in southern Lebanon in the face of Hezbollah’s ongoing terrorist activity, and to preserve your security and the safety of your families, and until further notice, you are asked not to move south of the Litani River.”
