The electricity company in Obour City announced Qalyubia Governorateannounced the conduct of periodic maintenance work for the electricity kiosks, today, Monday, 12/29/2025, starting at ten in the morning until the completion of the maintenance work, which requires temporarily disconnecting the electrical power from some areas.
The company indicated in its statement that the places affected by the separation are the second district – the city center, and include kiosks numbers (1 – 2 – 3 – 1 AM), in addition to part of the Ganet Misr Compound.
Increasing the efficiency of the electricity network
The company confirmed that the maintenance work comes within the framework of raising the efficiency of the network and improving the quality of service, while thanking citizens for their good cooperation.
In another context, Engineer Tamer Jabr, head of the Obour City Development Authority, revealed that the implementation rate of the Obour Hospital project reached about 95%, and the general site work and final coordination are currently being completed, in preparation for operation as soon as possible.
The head of the agency explained, during a tour of the project site yesterday, that the hospital has been connected to the public electricity network, and the transformer rooms, distributors, and main feeding panels have been completed, in preparation for conducting final tests and experiments before operation.
