An alimony case was heard against the player Ibrahim Saeed, amounting to 240 thousand pounds, on behalf of his two daughters

The details of the case go back to when Ibrahim Saeed’s daughters, Laila and Julia, filed their names after reaching the legal age with a prison suit against their father, the player Ibrahim Saeed, to pay a frozen alimony amounting to 240 thousand pounds, which bore No. 32 of 2026, Al-Nozha Family.

Earlier, lawyer Mohamed Rashwan, defending player Ibrahim Saeed, revealed the details of the successive crises between the player and his ex-wife against the backdrop of disagreements between them over alimony, after he was arrested this morning inside a hotel in New Cairo, in implementation of a prison sentence issued against him in an alimony case estimated at 150 thousand pounds, and the matter developed with the player’s ex-wife accusing him of forgery.

Lawyer Muhammad Rashwan said that with regard to the arrest of Ibrahim Saeed and his ex-wife, they were arrested yesterday evening following a quarrel that occurred between them inside a hotel, due to Ibrahim Saeed not paying the school fees for his two daughters, Laila and Julia, where the tourism police intervened, and both parties filed a report on the incident.

He explained that the player’s ex-wife claimed that she had rulings that were not implemented, while Ibrahim Saeed accused her of assaulting him, forging some papers, and cursing him.

Rashwan added that Ibrahim Saeed’s ex-wife pledged to appear before the Public Prosecution, and she was dismissed at exactly six in the morning.

He pointed out that since the release of Ibrahim Saeed, he repeatedly appealed to him about the need to end his daughters’ crises and try to reach an amicable solution. Indeed, they were contacted, but they refused any amicable solutions and asked for money first.

He explained that the defense demanded that the amount owed to them be paid in installments, stressing that the girls had nothing to do with the false actions taken by his ex-wife, but Ibrahim Saeed rejected this proposal more than once.

He added: In fact, my role as a lawyer is to reduce the amounts owed and assist him judicially as much as possible and avoid imprisonment procedures, and he had a full 5-month opportunity to end the crisis.

Rashwan added that Ibrahim Saeed returned to work within Al-Ahly Club after Captain Mahmoud Al-Khatib helped him and tried to solve the crisis. Captain Ahmed Schubert also supported him, as he was requested to return to work on one of the channels, and I did everything in my power to reformulate his contract with the channel, but I was surprised when he terminated his contract.

Lawyer Muhammad Rashwan concluded his statements by saying: “The truth is, I am sad about how things turned out, and everyone is calling on Ibrahim to protect himself, but he is behaving in a strange way. He may be upset and upset about what his daughters did to him previously, but he must fulfill part of their rights to them according to what is possible for him, and his daughters must be tolerant of another part in order for things to work out, especially since the money owed is high-cost university expenses and not living expenses.”
