The Tamiya City Council, headed by Brigadier General Tariq Fouad Haiba, continued the implementation of maintenance and replacement of lighting poles and floodlights on the Misr-Fayoum Desert Road, within the framework of the governorate’s plan to raise road efficiency and improve the level of traffic safety.
The road witnessed the implementation of works review It includes lighting poles, repairing technical faults, and replacing damaged headlights, in addition to ensuring the safety of electrical connections, with the aim of improving night vision for vehicle drivers and reducing accident rates, especially in areas that were suffering from poor lighting.
The presidency of the Tamiya Center and City confirmed the continuation of these campaigns periodically, in implementation of the directives of the executive bodies, to raise the efficiency of services provided to citizens, maintain their safety, and provide a safe traffic environment on the main roads.
The City Council indicated that any complaints related to public lighting are being dealt with immediately, as part of an integrated plan to improve the infrastructure and support safety factors within the center’s scope.
