
The Red Sea Water and Sanitation Company sent its vehicles and equipment immediately after a sudden break in a water line in the tourist walkway area. Major General Engineer Bahaa Abdel Moneim Sayed Al-Ahl, head of the company, directed the company to quickly move to the report site and deal immediately with the situation. Within the framework of the directives of Dr. Walid Abdel Azim Al-Barqi, Governor of the Red Sea, The necessity of responding quickly to emergency breakdowns and maintaining the regularity of vital services.
The head of the Red Sea Water and Sanitation Company confirmed that suction vehicles and the necessary equipment were sent to the fracture site, and the operation and maintenance teams immediately began to withdraw the accumulated water and completely remove its traces from the tourist walkway, in preparation for the start of line maintenance work and repair of the fracture.
He explained that the technical teams continued to work until the completion of removing the water pools, while taking all technical measures to ensure that the repair work was carried out efficiently and quickly, and to ensure that the areas served by the line were not affected and that water continued to be pumped normally.
He pointed out that the Red Sea Water and Sanitation Company is monitoring the situation in the field until the complete completion of maintenance work, stressing the readiness of emergency teams to deal with any sudden malfunctions around the clock in order to preserve the stability of the service provided to citizens.
