Dr. Yehia Eid, President of Kafrelsheikh University, witnessed the closing activities of the intensive training program “Preparing and Qualifying New Faculty Assistants,” which was organized by the International Center for Human Resources and Continuing Education at the university.

This came in the presence of Dr. Ismail Ismail Ibrahim, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research, Dr. Amani Shaker, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and Dr. Tariq Attia Abdel Rahman, Executive Director of the Center.

Dr. Yehia Eid, President of Kafrelsheikh University, stressed in his speech at the conclusion of the program that the university pays great attention to the qualification of faculty assistants, as they are the nucleus of the academic and research future, noting that scientific research represents the engine of real development.

The President of Kafrelsheikh University explained that this program is the cornerstone in building the professional and academic path for young cadres, and the university does not view them as mere job holders, but rather as a promising generation that represents the backbone of the future of the educational process and scientific research.

For his part, Dr. Ismail Ismail Ibrahim, Vice President of the University for Graduate Studies and Research, expressed his appreciation for the level of positive interaction from the participants, stressing that the program contributes to supporting the graduate studies system and developing academic performance, explaining that the University continues to implement qualitative programs aimed at advancing scientific research.

In the same context, Dr. Tariq Attia Abdel Rahman, Executive Director of the International Center for Human Resources and Continuing Education, explained that the program was designed according to an integrated vision that combines the cognitive and applied aspects, keeping pace with the requirements of modern academic work, and contributing to the preparation of qualified cadres capable of excellence in the fields of teaching, research and community service.

The program comes within the framework of Kafrelsheikh University’s keenness to qualify young academic cadres and build their scientific and professional capabilities, thus contributing to preparing a generation capable of supporting the higher education and scientific research system, and keeping pace with the requirements of development and modernization within universities.

The program included the implementation of an integrated training package over three days, which included nine strategic axes specifically designed to meet the needs of new teaching assistants, covering legal aspects, national security, occupational safety, educational environment, social responsibility, research excellence, academic presentation and delivery skills, interaction with students and academic guidance, in addition to developing personal competence, time management and work pressures.

An elite group of academic leaders at Kafrelsheikh University participated in presenting the program’s lectures, including Dr. Abdel Razek Youssef Desouki, former president of the university, Dr. Ismail Ismail Ibrahim, vice president of the university for graduate studies and research, Dr. Amani Mohamed Shaker, vice president of the university for community service and environmental development, Dr. Hassan Younis, former vice president of the university, Dr. Maher Abu Khawat, dean of the Faculty of Law, Dr. Sabah Abu Al-Futouh, dean of the Faculty of Nursing, and Dr. Mahmoud Abdel Aziz, dean of the Faculty. Education, Dr. Rushdi Al-Adawi, Dean of the College of Agriculture, and Dr. Tariq Abdel Rahman, Executive Director of the Center.

At the conclusion of the activities, the trainees expressed their appreciation for Kafr El-Sheikh University and the program management, praising the scientific and applied content that contributed to refining their skills and enhancing their confidence at the beginning of their academic career.
