New ministerial amendments

The decision included an expanded ministerial appointment movement, which included the appointment of Lieutenant General Ashraf Salem Zaher Ali Mansour as Minister of Defense and Military Production, Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar as Minister of Health and Population, Engineer Kamel Abdel Hadi as Minister of Transport, and Dr. Manal Awad as Minister of Local Development and Environment.

The decision also included the appointment of Dr. Badr Abdel Ati as Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Egyptians Abroad, Engineer Rania El Minshawy as Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, Engineer Raafat Hindi as Minister of Communications and Information Technology, and Dr. Abdel Aziz Qansouh as Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
