The New Obour City Authority clarifies the controls for transfer and sale of land plots and residential units
The agency confirmed in a statement that the application of the decision is limited only to plots of land and residential units that were allocated by a direct decision from the Authority’s Board of Directors, and does not apply to other cases, stressing the necessity of full compliance with the applicable rules and procedures in force in this regard.

The New Obour City Authority stressed the importance of citizens adhering to the established instructions, and not initiating any transfer or sale procedures except after referring to the competent authority and fulfilling all legal controls, in order to preserve the legal rights of all parties and ensure the proper implementation of the regulatory decisions.
