Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, received at the Ministry of Housing headquarters in the new capital, Mohamed Gibran, Minister of Labor, within the framework of enhancing joint cooperation between the two ministries on a number of files.

The meeting discussed ways Coordination and integration Between the Ministries of Housing and Labor on a number of vital issues, most notably supporting trained workers in national projects, and enhancing training and vocational rehabilitation programmes, in a way that contributes to raising the efficiency of the human element and providing decent job opportunities.
The discussions also touched on the new labor law and the ministry’s plan to follow up on its implementation for the sake of a decent work environment for the benefit of both employers and workers, and to support investment plans.
During the meeting, the two sides stressed the importance of continuing joint coordination during the next stage, in order to achieve the country’s goals in sustainable development, and support the implementation of national projects in accordance with the highest standards of quality and professional safety, in a way that enhances the efficiency of performance and achieves the interests of the nation and citizens.
