The method of dealing with subscriber reports was discussed, and the importance of follow-up and communication to ensure the quality of services provided in new cities within the scope of work, and to facilitate service requesters, especially with regard to the installation of code meters.
Dr. Mahmoud Esmat said that the Ministry continues to take all necessary measures within the framework of the action plan being implemented, in cooperation with partners, to improve energy efficiency and rationalize electricity consumption, as an effective tool to achieve energy availability and reduce fuel consumption, stressing that the citizen is a partner and has the right to obtain a decent service commensurate with the scale of development witnessed by the electricity sector, which is a major factor in the success of the initiative to improve efficiency and rationalization.
He pointed to improving the quality of operation, increasing the return on the fuel unit used from the generated energy, and improving the level of electrical services provided through field attendance, the work of traffic and follow-up committees, and reviewing reports of the complaints and notification system, and other tools, to ensure the application of quality standards, and adherence to the requirements and standards that have been approved to provide decent services.
