The Egyptian junior national team, born in 2009, under the leadership of Hussein Abdel Latif, the technical director, completed its final training, in preparation for meeting its Tunisian counterpart, at 2:00 pm tomorrow, Friday, for the second round of the North African Championship competitions, which qualifies for the finals of the African Junior Cup of Nations.

During the last training session, the team’s technical staff focused on reducing the physical load of the players, to avoid fatigue, while focusing attention on the tactical and tactical aspects related to the strengths and weaknesses of the Tunisian team.
The training session witnessed the application of some technical sentences, which the team intends to implement during the match, based on a careful study of the opponent, in light of the technical data of the match.
The closing training session was preceded by a technical lecture, delivered by Hussein Abdel Latif to the players to explain the required tasks, in the presence of Dr. Walid Darwish, a member of the Football Association’s Board of Directors and the general supervisor of the national team, who accompanies the mission to provide the necessary support and facilitate all administrative procedures with the tournament’s organizing committee, to ensure the players’ complete focus on the continental mission.
Regarding the medical condition of the team, Dr. Amr Taha, head of the medical staff, confirmed the readiness of all players and the absence of any injuries among the team, after everyone had recovered.
Dr. Salah Ashour, rehabilitation consultant, also indicated that the medical condition of the players is going well, with no injuries, which places the full list of 25 players at the disposal of the technical staff, to participate in the upcoming matches to their full potential.
