This morning, Major General Ahmed Jabr, head of the South District, carried out the removal of a violation and encroachment on state lands, including 3 plots of land in the Supplies area, in cooperation with the Utilities Police.
The head of the South Hurghada district leads a campaign to recover 3 plots of land from state property
This comes in framework Implementing the strict directives of Major General Amr Hanafi, Governor of the Red Sea, to preserve the state’s lands and confront any encroachments or violations.
The district president confirmed that he had recovered 3 state-owned lands that had been unlawfully encroached upon by some citizens, and built a wall of white bricks, in addition to surrounding them with a tree fence.
The area of each plot was 325 square meters, with a total area of 975 square meters, and the necessary legal measures are being taken against violators.
Major General Ahmed Jabr, head of the South District, confirmed that this campaign comes within a series of decisive measures to prevent any attempts to encroach on state property, stressing that there will be no tolerance for violators, and that monitoring and follow-up teams are working around the clock to monitor any violations in their infancy and take the necessary legal measures regarding them, adding that the district is continuing to implement the land recovery plan and remove all obstacles that obstruct development projects or violate the urban plan of the city, in order to ensure the imposition of state prestige and the application of the law.
