In a human story, Mona Ali Abu Seif, the daughter of the Abshway Center in Fayoum Governorate, won the title of the ideal mother, after a long journey of struggle and challenge in raising her children following the death of her husband.
A long journey of struggle that culminated in the ideal mother
A conservative daughter said FayoumIn statements to Cairo 24, she said that she got married in 2000 and gave birth to two sons, but fate changed the course of her life after the death of her husband in 2003, so that she could bear full responsibility on her own, and begin an arduous journey of work and striving to secure the future of her two sons.
She added that she dedicated her life to educating her children, despite the difficult circumstances, until her son Fouad was able to graduate from the Faculty of Law, while her son Ahmed continues his studies in the fifth year of the Faculty of Pharmacy, stressing that their excellence was the greatest motivation for her to continue.
She explained that she submitted her papers for the Ideal Mother Competition at the Social Solidarity Directorate without expecting to win, saying: I did not imagine that I would win, and I was an applicant like any mother, but when I got the call, I felt that the years of effort would not be wasted.
She continued, in her statements: This moment was one of the happiest moments of my life. I felt that God compensated me for everything I saw, and this honor is not only for me… This is for every mother who struggles for her children, stressing that the title of an ideal mother represents a great responsibility, and a message of hope for all women that patience and work are capable of changing reality and achieving success.
