During the meeting, the governor listened to the citizens’ demands, directing the concerned authorities to study them and develop appropriate solutions for their implementation. The governor also issued a package of executive directives and decisions, the most prominent of which were: activating the administrative delegation mechanism for government services; By assigning local unit employees to complete procedures related to more than one competent authority on behalf of citizens; To make it easier for them to spread the distances outside the center and to contact the Egyptian Ambulance Authority to request a geographical exception; To facilitate the procedures for transferring emergency and critical medical cases outside the center, thus reducing the burden on patients and their families.
He also directed the study of proposing new residential subdivisions outside the urban bloc. In coordination with the relevant authorities, with the establishment of strict legal controls that ensure priority eligibility for serious cases and social research, and concerted efforts to raise the efficiency of places of worship; By providing the necessary support to mosques and completing their equipment through integration between the investment plan and the community participation of the people.
