Major General Khaled Shuaib, Governor of Matrouh, participated in the launch activities of the “Iftar Fasting” campaign launched by the Misr Al Khair Foundation for the fourteenth year in a row, on the occasion of the approaching holy month of Ramadan, in the presence of Dr. Maya Morsi, Minister of Social Solidarity, Sheikh Ali Gomaa, Chairman of the Foundation’s Board of Directors, and a number of ministers, governors, and public figures.
The campaign aims to support fasting people in all governorates of the Republic by providing food needs to the most needy families, within the framework of the state’s support for community initiatives with a humanitarian dimension.
The Governor of Matrouh expressed his appreciation to the Misr Al Kheir Foundation, praising the spirit of solidarity and fruitful cooperation with it in implementing many development and service projects, especially in Matrouh Governorate, which contributes to improving the standard of living of citizens.
