Engineer Adel Al-Najjar, Governor of Giza, honored the members of the teams that won first places in the Republic Finals, and the conclusion of the sporting activity of the General Sports Union for Government Workers, Giza Branch, during a ceremony held at the headquarters of the Governor’s General Office.

During his speech, the Governor of Giza congratulated the honorees, noting the importance of sports activity, and his keenness for sports to be part of the daily tasks of citizens in general, and of employees and workers in the government sector in particular, because of its positive role in improving physical health and enhancing community interaction.

The governor also stressed his keenness to support all talents, and every effort made with the aim of excellence and achieving sports championships, stressing that the governorate will spare no effort in providing opportunities for talented people in various sports fields to develop, highlight and invest in their talents, in a way that meets their ambitions and contributes to preparing cadres capable of supporting national teams in various local and international forums and competitions.

The Governor of Giza thanked and appreciated all the honorees, praising their efforts and keenness to excel and excel, and wishing them continued success.

For his part, Dr. Mahmoud Al-Sabrout thanked the Governor of Giza for his sponsorship of the various activities organized by the Youth and Sports Directorate, and his keenness to provide the necessary support to develop sports activity in the governorate.

The honor included: Mohamed Khamis Mohamed, Mohamed Abdel Moneim Abdel Ghani, Diaa Nazmi Mohamed, Mohamed Jalal Ibrahim, Hassan Mohamed Hassan, Mahmoud Suleiman Amin, Essam Refaat Farghaly, Mustafa Sabry Kamal, Khaled Ibrahim Mohamed, Ahmed Salah El-Din Sayed, Rushdi Khaled Rushdi, and Ahmed Farag Abdel Qader, members of the football team of the Egyptian Company for the Production of Serums, Vaccines and Medicines, which won first place.

Hanan Ismail Ahmed, Rasha Ali Abdullah, Reda Othman Ali, Dalia Mostafa Al-Sayed, and Mushira Ismail Abdel Ghaffar, members of the Giza table tennis team (women), which won first place, were also honored.

The honor also included Mohamed Madbouly Sayed, Mohamed Abdel Hakim Hassan, Sabry Abdo Batikh, Ahmed Mohamed Abdel Wahab, Hossam Mohamed Taha, Hani El Sayed Maghawry, Mohamed Abdel Hamid Hassan, and Saeed Abdel Samie Awad, members of the New Urban Communities Authority table tennis team (men), which won second place.

Salah Ali Muhammad, Mahmoud Ahmed Mantash, and Khaled Fouad Abdel Khaleq, officials of the General Sports Federation for Government Workers, Giza Branch, were also honored.
