In implementation of the instructions of the Governor of Alexandria, the First Montaza neighborhood removed an illegal fence that impeded the movement of pedestrians, bulldozers, paved and raised the level of a 100-meter-long sidewalk to the right of Gamal Abdel Nasser Street. The site serves a number of schools with a high student density, and coordination was made with the Roads and Transport Directorate to reduce the level of the sidewalk and expand the entrance to the street leading to the schools.
The Roads and Field Follow-up Departments in the Gharb district followed up on the work of the Alexandria Electricity Distribution Company carrying out the work of laying underground electrical cables in the Kom Al-Shuqafa area, to provide a bright environment for the comfort of citizens.
The Roads and Transport Directorate, in coordination with the Central District, began paving Moharram Bey Street, starting from Misr Station to Al-Rusafa, with a length of 2 km, as part of the paving investment plan.
The Awal Al-Amriya district began the work of cutting with a saw, removing and removing waste, and laying the foundation layer at the sites for repairing water pipes on the pedestrian bridge streets and the Al-Mazoun Building, as part of the work of restoring the property to its original state, and installing 30 rain “shanisha” on the oil store street, as part of the work of the investment plan for paving roads for the current fiscal year.
