Dr. Badr Abdel Aty confirmed Minister of Foreign AffairsHe stressed the need to work hard to reduce escalation and tension in the region, during a phone call with his Omani counterpart, according to what the “Cairo News” channel reported in urgent news.
The Foreign Minister warned that the entire region would slide into comprehensive chaos.
He stressed Egypt’s firm support for the sovereignty, security, stability and territorial integrity of Arab countries.
The Foreign Minister stressed the importance of all parties exercising the utmost levels of self-restraint and giving priority to the language of dialogue and political and diplomatic solutions.
The Foreign Minister also warned of the expanding military confrontation in the region.
