Dr. Ahmed Al Ansari confirmed, Governor of GizaThe meeting held with President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, included a number of assignments that determine the approach to work during the next stage.
He added, in a telephone interview via the Extra News channel, that the directives focused on the necessity of being close to citizens, listening to their complaints, and harnessing the available capabilities to solve problems in various files.

He continued that the citizen in Giza Governorate has aspirations that will be carefully studied during the coming period, with the follow-up of national projects, infrastructure projects and roads, in implementation of the directives of the political leadership.
The Governor of Giza explained that the month of Ramadan has a special nature, which requires intense attention to files of services, goods and prices during this period, in addition to working to meet the needs of citizens in various sectors.
He pointed out that the mechanism for dealing with citizen complaints is based on field tours and open meetings, directly listening to citizens and recording their demands, working to solve immediate problems, and clarifying what requires additional resources or partial solutions, stressing that his approach relies on openness and frankness without making unrealistic promises.
He stated that he will be keen to hold periodic meetings at the governorate’s general office to receive citizens, in addition to following up on complaints received through the official pages or through the complaints portal of the Council of Ministers and the Ministry of Local Development, and responding to them in a professional and clear manner.
He stressed the importance of preserving the agricultural area and dealing decisively with any encroachments on agricultural lands or uses of water and waterways, in implementation of the President’s directives.
