The death of the father of Ziad Tariq, the Border Guard player

Ziad Tariq said through the Story feature on his account on the social networking site Instagram: We belong to God and to Him we shall return… My father has passed away.

Earlier, Ziad Tariq said that he asked to leave Al-Ahly because he felt that he did not have a league, so he asked to leave on loan.

Ziad Tariq added in television statements: Asking to leave Al-Ahly was not easy, but I felt that this was the most appropriate time to leave in order to participate in the matches, and when I left Al-Ahly, I was participating mainly with coach Ricardo Suarez.

He continued: I had several options, and I chose Smouha because the players shine there, but there were problems with some people who did not help me give my best, and my joining was contrary to the wishes of Tariq Al-Ashry, the team’s coach at the time.

Ziad Tariq added: Faraj Amer, the president of Smouha, was the one who negotiated with me and ended matters with Mahmoud Al-Khatib, the president of Al-Ahly, and Tariq Al-Ashry could have solved his problem with Farag Amer away from me.

Ziad Tariq concluded: Tariq Al-Ashry did not like my presence, and the first meeting between us was very bad. He told me: I do not like the way you play, and you will not benefit me, and I will not include you. I told him: There is no problem, and I can change your point of view in training. I also worked hard to achieve that, but the problem is far from football, but I respect him very much and he is a coach with a history, but if he examines himself, he will realize that he made a mistake and was biased against me.
