The source explained during his statements to Cairo 24 that the Danish Yas Torop, the technical director of Al-Ahly club, asked to strengthen the back line, and put forward the name of one of the Al-Ahly Bank players, Amr or Mahmoud Al-Gazzar, among the options proposed to strengthen the team’s ranks, and there is conviction within Al-Ahly club in the ability of one of the duo to compensate for the possible departure of defender Ashraf Dari, especially in light of the repeated injuries that the player suffered during the last period.
