The Central Reconstruction Agency of the Ministry announced Housing And facilities and urban communities, offering 40 fully finished administrative units and facilities (water – sewerage – electricity) for sale through a public lottery system at competitive prices and great facilities in payment, with areas ranging from (56 m2: 81 m2) in plot 75 south of the neighborhoods in 6th of October City, provided that the lottery will be conducted at the headquarters of the Executive Authority for Joint Projects, on Sunday, January 11, 2026.

The agency explained that the terms of the allocation include paying an amount of 250 thousand pounds as a serious reservation payment to the administrative unit, and a public lottery is conducted among those paying the serious reservation amount to choose the administrative unit for each beneficiary, and the conditions include different payment systems for immediate and installments over periods (3 – 5 – 7) according to the desire of the citizen.
The terms and conditions booklet is also available at the headquarters of the Executive Authority for Joint Projects in Helwan for an amount of 585 pounds from 12/21/2025 to 12/25/2025, with payment of the serious reservation during the same period and inspection every day except Friday at the project site in 6th of October City.
