Representative Ahmed Nasser said, after receiving his membership card this morning, that there is a package of vital files that are his top priorities under the dome of Parliament, the most important of which is improving the mechanisms of the standard of living for citizens.
The member of the House of Representatives indicated that supporting the industrial sector represents the basic foundation for achieving financial stability and improving Egyptian family income in a sustainable manner, explaining that he will work through the relevant committee of the House of Representatives to formulate ambitious legislation that encourages local manufacturing and supports serious investors, with a focus on simplifying bureaucratic procedures and removing obstacles facing project owners and investors, out of his belief that a strong economy must be based on a major industrial base capable of competing locally and internationally.
The member of the House of Representatives from the Justice Party considered that enhancing local production is the real guarantee of providing real job opportunities and a decent life for citizens, as strong factories contribute to reducing the import gap and increasing the added value of the national economy, noting that the advancement of industry is directly reflected in the stability of markets and the availability of goods at fair prices, which is in the interest of low-income people and protects the middle class from global economic fluctuations.
He noted his adherence to the representative’s inherent role in legislation, oversight, and accountability, stressing that his voice under the dome will be a true echo of the pulse of the Egyptian street and its daily needs, pledging to maintain continuous and open channels of communication with the members of his constituency and the masses of citizens, to clearly convey their problems and follow up on their solution with the executive authorities, especially with regard to health and education files.
