The Dakahlia Water and Sanitation Company announced weak water pressure in a number of villages affiliated with the center and city of Sinbellaween, on Sunday, April 20, 2026, from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., for a period of approximately 9 hours.
The company explained that the affected areas include: Tamai Al-Zahayra, Al-Zahayrah, Mit Gharita, Al-Makhzen, Al-Tamd Al-Hajar, Diu Al-Wusta, Al-Hasaynah, and Rafi’ Batash.
The company attributed the reason for the weak pressure to the implementation of washing works for the pipes at the Al-Wabourat water facility in the city of Sinbellaween, as part of the periodic disinfection plan aimed at preserving water quality.
The company appealed to citizens, government agencies, local units, authorities, hospitals, and bakeries to meet their drinking water needs during the work period.
