According to the announcement of the Misr Real Estate Platform, it was decided to allocate the period from January 4 to 10 to review residential units and add them to the preferred list. In preparation for decision-making, the electronic allocation phase will begin during the period from January 11 to 21, according to a clear digital system that achieves the highest levels of transparency.
The Misr Real Estate platform has set the electronic allocation dates for each project as follows:
- Diyarna: January 11 to 12
- Shadows: January 13 to 14
- Obour Kindergarten – Free Housing – Misr Housing – Jannah: from January 18 to 19
- Diversified Housing – New Ismailia: from January 20 to 21. January 21
The Ministry of Housing’s announcement included the offering of 2,986 units in the (Paradise and Housing Egypt) projects in the cities of New Mansoura and West Qena, the offering of 1,680 units in the (Free Housing) project in New Suez City, and the offering of 264 units in the (Rawdat Al-Obour) project in Obour City, with a serious advance reservation of 151,000 pounds per unit, and 10,614 housing units in the (Dyarna) project, with a serious advance reservation of 201,000 pounds in Sadat Cities. – New Burj Al Arab – New Minya – New Nasser – New Beni Suef – New Sohag – October Gardens – New Obour – Alamein – New October – New Suez – Badr – May 15 – New Damietta – New Qena).
Also, 9,412 units were offered in the (Shadows) project, with a serious reservation down payment of 251 thousand pounds, in the cities of (Obour – 10th of Ramadan – New Cairo – New Alamein – Sheikh Zayed), and 2,000 housing units (with diverse housing) in New Ismailia City, with a serious down payment of 151 thousand pounds.
