The Commercial International Bank CIB Egypt announced the resignation of Sherif Samir Mahmoud Samy from membership in the Board of Directors, coinciding with the expiration of his membership as of December 31, 2025.

The Commercial International Bank explained in a disclosure to the Egyptian Stock Exchange that the new composition of the bank’s board of directors includes the following:
Nevin Ali Sabour – Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors
Amin Hisham Ezz Al-Arab – CEO and member of the Board of Directors
Fadel Al Ali – Non-Executive Board Member
Aziz Al-Mulaji – Non-Executive Board Member
Hoda Ahmed Mansour – Non-Executive Board Member
Javed Ahmed Mirza – Non-Executive Board Member
Amr El-Gnanini – Executive Board Member
Islam Zakaria – Executive Board Member
Jorkhard Amadeus – Non-Executive Board Member
Georgios Anagnostoiotis – Non-Executive Board Member
