Heba, the artist Salma Abu Deif, gets involved in a major dilemma with an organ trade gang, led by Hala, the artist Dina, after she photographed them in the context of journalistic work, and sought to reveal their secrets by disguising herself as a kidney donor.
Events escalate as Heba enters into a severe clash with her mother, Faten, the artist Samah Anwar, after she discovers the full truth about what her daughter is doing, which further complicates the situation and puts her under family pressure and real danger at the same time.
