The competent investigation authorities decided to imprison the accused of stabbing a young man with a penetrating stab wound that led to his death, for 45 days pending investigation, due to a dispute over priority traffic in the city of Zagazig in Sharqia.

Earlier, the victim’s sister said in statements to Cairo 24 that her brother was on his way to take his friend by motorcycle to the 10th of Ramadan parking lot and met their neighbor and a dispute occurred between them because of the lighting, adding: My brother said, “Wait the light,” because I was going down the canal and I couldn’t see the lighting on your motorcycle, and the accused was fighting with him.
She added: The accused assaulted my brother until he suffered a broken face, and my brother was trying to escape from the accused and defend himself, as he tried to assault him using a white weapon, but the accused cut off the palm of his hand and continued his attempts until he stabbed him in the right side, causing him to end his life.
