Follow Dr. Hossam Abdel Fattah, Governor of QalyubiaOn the third day of Eid al-Fitr, work is underway in the third phase of wave 28 to remove encroachments on agricultural lands and state property, in a number of centers and cities in the governorate.
The centers and cities of Banha, Qalyoub, and Kafr Shukr witnessed the implementation of intensive campaigns to remove encroachments, which resulted in the removal of a number of violating cases and taking the necessary legal measures against the encroachers, as part of the state’s efforts to prevent violating construction.
Removing 20 cases of encroachment on agricultural lands in 3 centers in Qalyubia
In the center and city of Banha, the executive authorities were able to remove 8 cases of encroachment on a total area of 920 meters, as part of efforts to address building violations in their infancy and prevent their recurrence.
In the center and city of Qalyoub, an immediate removal of a number of violations was carried out, including a sheet metal fence in the village of Balqas, in addition to the removal of dust blemishes on an area of 150 meters, and the construction of a violation in the village of Sanafir, with legal measures being taken against the violators.
The center and city of Kafr Shukr also witnessed the implementation of an expanded campaign that resulted in the removal of 10 various cases of encroachment, which included two cases in the local unit of the major facility, two cases in Al-Baqashin, and four cases in Al-Shaqar, in addition to two cases in the village of Asnit, within the framework of the third phase of the current wave.
The Governor of Qalyubia confirmed the continued intensification of campaigns in the centers and cities of the governorate, with immediate monitoring of any new encroachment attempt and dealing with it in the cradle, stressing that legal measures will be taken against violators, including referral to the Public Prosecution, in order to preserve the rights of the state and the agricultural area.
