The Egyptian Red Crescent launched 4 medical convoys, during the period from 10 to 14 March, targeting the governorates of Mansoura, Gharbia, Assiut, and Sohag, as part of the association’s efforts to serve the local community and enhance health care for the most vulnerable groups.
The convoys provided medical examination services to the people through a number of clinics, including the specialties of internal medicine, children, obstetrics and gynecology, ear, nose and throat, orthopedics, ophthalmia, cardiology, and dermatology, in addition to providing free treatment to patients.
Volunteers also participated Red Crescent Al-Masry is implementing health awareness activities for families, providing psychological support services, as well as distributing personal care supplies and supporting local communities, especially the villages with the most care in the governorates.
