I witnessed Port Said Governorate During the past 24 hours, there has been a wide development and educational movement, including urban development projects in the Al-Zohour district, works to raise the efficiency of the Port Said Corniche, and modernize the lighting system on West Port Said Road, in addition to the opening of the first classroom for people with disabilities at Al-Nour School for the Blind, within the framework of a comprehensive plan to improve the quality of life and improve the services provided to citizens.
I continued Executive bodies Development work for the Al-Zohour neighborhood, where integrated projects were implemented in the Ali bin Abi Talib area, including painting the entire facades of buildings, paving internal streets, installing modern decorative lighting poles, and implementing landscaping and urban beautification works, in addition to ongoing campaigns to remove occupancies, which contributed to unifying the urban form and returning the area to its civilized image.
The development work extended to the Al-Safwa residences, where the efficiency of the area was raised, the street separating the residences and the psychiatric hospital was paved, decorative lighting poles were installed, and urban coordination works were implemented, while encroachments and occupancies were removed, which improved traffic movement and the service environment within the area.
The governorate completed the development work on Port Said Corniche after more than 20 years, by implementing modern flooring with contemporary designs, installing decorative lighting poles and hidden lighting, restoring the stone wall and beach stairs, creating running paths and recreational areas, in addition to raising the efficiency of the drainage and electricity networks and opening and expanding parallel roads, while removing encroachments and waste. The first phase of the restaurant complex and even the floating boat is being completed in preparation for its opening during celebrations. National holiday.
On the West Port Said Road, the installation and operation of a modern lighting system powered by solar energy with the “All in One” system was completed, and included 287 floodlights from Al-Fayrouz Village to the new Al-Jamil crossing in both directions, which contributed to improving night vision, reducing accidents, facilitating traffic movement, rationalizing energy consumption and relying on clean and renewable sources.
In the file of education and people of determination, Dr. Engineer Amr Othman, Deputy Governor of Port Said, accompanied by Taher Al-Gharabawi, Director of the Directorate of Education, opened the first classroom of its kind in the governorate to serve students with multiple disabilities at Al-Nour School for the Blind, affiliated with the Al-Zohour Educational Administration, where the classroom was equipped according to specialized educational standards, with teachers trained and the hall equipped with four educational corners that meet the needs of hearing-visual and multi-disabled students, in implementation of the provisions of Ministerial Resolution No. 20 of 2019, and in a way that supports their integration. In the formal education system.
Expansion of educational services
