Today, Thursday, the runoff round for the House of Representatives elections in the second district for the 2025 House of Representatives elections, which will be held within 9 electoral committees in the Gulf of Suez district, between the candidate Majed Rabie and Gharib Hassan, will conclude.
The total number of people who have the right to vote in the runoff round in the Gulf of Suez district reached 67,932 male and female voters within 4 cities.
The Governor of South Sinai, Major General Khaled Mubarak, had called on the citizens of the governorate to go to the elections and cast their votes in the electoral ceremony of Parliament, to appear honorable, and to freely choose those who represent them under the dome of Parliament.
The first day’s elections in the Gulf of Suez district witnessed a large turnout of voters, and the first day’s race led women and girls, especially at the beginning of the day and continued until its end.
It is expected that the electoral committees will witness intense crowding to choose one candidate for the individual seat, especially from members of Bedouin tribes, as the two candidates are from Bedouin tribes known to the people of South Sinai.
