Well, don’t learn to man up first. This issue will definitely make a big difference to you, even in your daily life, not just with dogs.”

The fatwa answered the question by saying: Cats, dogs, and other creatures of God that it is not permissible to harm or cause harm to; If some of them pose a threat to a person’s life and threaten him, his property, or his children; Islamic law allows a person to remove this harm, and in the aforementioned case, he advises the aforementioned woman to find a place to allocate to the cats she owns, away from the public place, so that they do not harm people. If she does not respond to that, then she must resort to informing the competent authorities. To take whatever action you deem appropriate to get rid of these animals that cause harm to humans. If the above-mentioned methods do not work, and harm is caused to people’s health as a result; In the aforementioned case and when absolutely necessary, there is no legal objection to getting rid of stray and harmful animals, provided that this is done by a means that does not harm human feeling, and “necessity is estimated according to its extent,” and if a person carefully considers his mind, he will not be deprived of the means that lead to the desired goal.
