In a separate context, The security services examined, and a video clip was circulated on social media that included the presence of an elderly man handcuffed inside a balcony, amid allegations that the incident occurred inside an elderly care home on Delta Street in Heliopolis.
The details of the incident came back when Facebook users shared a video clip showing the presence of an elderly person sitting inside a balcony with his hands tied, and attempts by the elderly person to look into the room in a call for help.
The publisher of the video clip claimed: If there is anyone who knows this man, I photographed him. Unfortunately, he is in a nursing home called Dar Jannah near the Tahrir School on Delta Street off Damanhour Street. They tie his hands and feet together and leave him on the balcony, and he tries to call them out and no one answers him.
For its part, the security services are examining the circulating video clip to determine all its circumstances and take the necessary legal measures regarding the incident.
