In his first statements, Engineer Mohamed Abdel Ghani affirmed his commitment to serving engineers and working to build a strong and advanced union, praising the great awareness of the members of the General Assembly and their keenness to participate effectively in decision-making.

Abdel Ghani explained, during statements to Cairo 24, that the primary goal is to establish an integrated union that provides high-quality services to engineers, and enhances professional arrangements in an organized manner, in a way that benefits Egypt and honors the efforts of engineers.

He added: Our dream is for the union to be a real platform to support the profession and achieve an integrated professional project based on efficiency and quality.

He pointed out that the strength of the union depends on the strength of the Scientific Society, stressing that he will always work in favor of the interests of engineers and their projects, and that any union’s success depends on the strong support of the Scientific Society.

He explained the future plans of the union, which include:

Developing daily work performance and improving administrative procedures, payment, and services provided to engineers.

Supporting new professional projects and working to improve the work environment within the union.

Utilizing social media to expand participation and interaction among engineers and enhance transparency.

The first decision of Mohamed Abdel Ghani

Abdul Ghani pointed out that the first decision he will take will be to form central committees and subcommittees in all governorates to discuss amendments to the law, pointing out the importance of cooperation between members of the association and the tourism council to achieve practical decisions and sustainable growth, with a focus on new projects that contribute to raising the level of professional and economic services for engineers.

Abdel Ghani concluded his speech by calling on engineers to support the union and participate in shaping its future, stressing that joint work and coordination between all parties is the key to the success of any strong and effective union.
