Ahmed Al-Sayed, the agent of Mauritanian player Mata Magassa, the Z club midfielder, said that the latter received a large number of offers during the recent period, after his brilliance with his team.
Ahmed Al-Sayed confirmed, in television statements, that Walid Saladin, Al-Ahly’s director of football, spoke with him during his work at Z Club.
Mata Magassa’s agent explained that Walid Salah El-Din expected the player to shine greatly, but he did not communicate with him during the recent period.
Ahmed Al-Sayed concluded his statements by stressing that the Mauritanian player received an offer from one of the Saudi League clubs.
Magassa moved to Z during the last summer transfer, specifically in August 2025, coming from the Mauritanian Customs team, where he became one of the pillars of the Z team after his brilliance in matches in the past period.
Magassa’s name was linked to a move to Al-Ahly to compensate for the expected absence of Al-Ahmar midfielder Eliud Young, after the player reached an agreement with the Spanish club Valencia to move to its ranks next season.
