The beginning was when the security services of the Giza Security Directorate arrested a student for firing a sound weapon at a car driver, after a quarrel broke out between them while they were walking on the tourist road in the Haram area.

The security services had received a report stating that a verbal altercation had occurred between two young men while they were driving their cars on the tourist road, which developed into an altercation, during which one of them fired a bullet from a stun gun at the other party, without causing any injuries.
By conducting investigations and gathering information, the accused was identified and arrested. He was in possession of the pistol used in the incident. When confronted, he admitted to committing the incident due to a dispute that broke out between them over priority of passage, and the necessary legal measures were taken regarding the incident.
