The competent authorities are investigating a gang formation that was arrested in possession of 26 million stimulant tablets in Talbieh, Giza Governorate.
Investigation of neurotic formation
The security services at the Ministry of Interior were able to thwart an attempt to bring in large quantities of stimulant and stimulant pills smuggled through customs and of unknown origin, in preparation for trafficking in them in Giza, with an estimated financial value of about 560 million pounds. Information and investigations of the Unlicensed Drugs, Weapons and Ammunition Control Sector, in coordination with the relevant ministry agencies, confirmed that a highly dangerous gang formation brought in large quantities of customs-smuggled anti-inflammatory and stimulant pills and drugs in preparation for trafficking in them, using a warehouse located in the Talbieh Police Department in Giza as a scene for carrying out their criminal activity.
Initial investigations revealed that following the legalization of the procedures, the members of the formation were targeted and arrested, and more than 26 million stimulant and stimulant tablets and medications “smuggled by customs and of unknown origin” and a large quantity of empty capsules prepared for packaging were found in their possession. The financial value of the seized tablets and drugs was estimated at about 560 million pounds, and legal measures were taken in the incident.
