Cairo 24 publishes the behind-the-scenes of the incident that sparked controversy and anger among the people of Qena Governorate, after a doctor at Qena University tied up an employee’s car because the car was parked on the university campus.

It turned out that the incident, according to a source from Qena University, was as follows: “The Director General of the General Administration for Information Systems and Digital Transformation went to the campus hospital on assignment from the President of Qena University to carry out maintenance. When he arrived, he found an empty parking space and decided to park his car in it. The doctor, head of the Vascular Department at Qena University Hospital, came out and found a car parked in the parking directly in his place, so he tied the chain to the hole of the car door.”
