Dr. Madbouly confirmed in a press conference in the New Administrative Capital that the state’s hard currency resources are limited and fixed, and that some sectors have been partially affected as a result of the continuation of the war.

He added: If the war continues, we will be forced to attend to other basic needs.

He continued: The state will have to focus on basic needs, such as continuing production and operation of factories without affecting the products or their availability and prices, taking into account securing production requirements, raw materials and medicines.

He pointed out that the best way to confront these challenges lies in rationalizing energy consumption by everyone, stressing that this is not the role of the government alone, but rather a shared responsibility between the state and citizens to ensure the continuity of production, the stability of markets, and to alleviate any future financial pressures.

He continued: We must all be aware of the upcoming challenges and work collectively to rationalize consumption without compromising productive activities and basic services for citizens.

Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, received at the government headquarters in the New Administrative Capital members of the Advisory Committee for Political Affairs, where during the meeting, visions were reviewed and exchanged on a group of issues and topics affecting the regional and local arenas.
