River rescue forces were able to rescue a young man who fell into the Nile River from the top of the Qasr al-Nil Bridge while sitting on the fence.

The Rescue Operations Room received a report stating that a young man had fallen from the top of the Qasr al-Nil Bridge, and the security services immediately moved to the location of the report.

Upon moving and examining it, it became clear that while he was sitting on top of the Qasr al-Nil Bridge, he lost his balance and fell into the Nile River. The river rescue team was able to save him, and a report was issued regarding the incident and the Public Prosecution took over the investigation.

Earlier, a young man drowned in a canal in the village of Al-Asara, affiliated with Al-Fath Center in Assiut Governorate.

Major General Wael Nassar, Director of Assiut Security, received a notification from the Rescue Operations Room, stating that a report had been received of a drowning accident in the Al-Fath Center Department.

Upon transfer and examination, it was found that Ahmed M. had drowned. A., 23 years old, and the body was recovered and transferred to the morgue of Al-Iman General Hospital at the disposal of the investigating authorities, who began an investigation to determine the circumstances of the incident.
