She revealed a surprise, explaining that the late journalist did not graduate from the College of Mass Communications as some believe, but rather graduated from the College of Commerce, and worked in a bank for a while, but he loved reading and sought to become a journalist.

The widow of the late journalist Wael Al-Ibrashi added, during her interview on the “Need to Be Healed” program, presented by the journalist Musaab Al-Abbasi, that Wael sought to achieve his dream until he became a journalist, and then he turned into a major journalist.

She responded to a question about the difference in social level between them, saying: “We are all the same, and each person chooses who he loves.” She continued: “God honored me, and I lived in a financially well-off family, and I studied in foreign schools, but I chose who I would marry, as a person does not choose the family he is born into.”
