Today, Saturday, January 31, river rescue teams, in cooperation with the residents of the village of Al-Sawaf, affiliated with the Kom Hamada center in Beheira Governorate, intensified search operations for the fourth day in a row for a small body, which fell into the waters of the El-Riah Canal in Beheiri while searching for the ball.

A young boy died by drowning, 4 days ago, as a result of falling into the waters of the El Riyah El Behairy Canal in the center of Kom Hamada, while searching for the ball in the waters of the canal.
The security services in the Beheira Security Directorate received a notification from the warden of Kom Hamada Police Station, stating that a child had drowned in the waters of the El-Riyah Al-Beheiri Canal, next to the village of Al-Sawaf, affiliated with the same station.
Immediately, the security services, river rescue forces, and an ambulance moved to the scene of the incident. The transport and examination revealed that while Abdul Rahman Muhammad Awad, 11 years old, resident of the village of Al-Sawaf, was searching for the ball in the waters of the Al-Riyah Al-Buhairi Canal, he lost his balance and fell into the water and drowned because he was unable to swim.
